Ingredients
1/2 cucumber (regular or seedless)
1/2 cup plain, low-fat or nonfat cottage cheese
1 teaspoon garam masala (an Indian spice blend) or other preferred seasoning

1/2 can (3-ounces) skinless pink salmon in water, drained
2 ounces light cream cheese
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
